Subscriptions: For "FIRST TIME ONLY" subscribers that cancel within our 14-day risk-free trial period, the subscriber will receive a full refund. Subscriptions canceled after the trial period will receive a pro-rated refund using the subscription period which best matches the level of service already received. E.g., a 3-month subscription canceled after 1 month, will be charged at the 1 month subscription rate and be refunded the remainder. (Due to new credit card compliance laws, no refunds will be issued after 90 days). Please note: Only 1 refund will be issued per customer.
