- Subscriptions: For "FIRST TIME ONLY" subscribers that cancel within our 14-day risk-free trial period, the subscriber will receive a full refund. Subscriptions canceled after the trial period will receive a pro-rated refund using the subscription period which best matches the level of service already received. E.g., a 3-month subscription canceled after 1 month, will be charged at the 1 month subscription rate and be refunded the remainder. Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded outside of the initial 14-day risk-free trial period. (Due to new credit card compliance laws, no refunds will be issued after 90 days). Please note: Only 1 refund will be issued per customer.
- Special Reports: Can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less S&H). Simply mail the hardcopy report back to: 85180 Lorane Hwy, Eugene, OR 97405

- MRCI Monthly Report: Shipping & Handling charges are included in the price of subscriptions for domestic orders only. Additional charges apply to International shipments.
- "Hardcopy" Special Reports : Shipping & Handling charges are calculated by destination at checkout.
Special Reports - Hardcopy OR Online
- Hardcopy Reports: Laser-printed, 8 1/2" x 11" and ring-bound, hardcopy reports are normally shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail but can also be sent via Federal Express for an extra charge. All orders made during business hours are processed within 24 hours, with weekend and holiday orders processed the next business day.
- Online Reports: These can be viewed and/or printed immediately upon purchase under My Account->View My Purchased Reports. However, our new company security policies make it impossible to save these reports to external computers. Unfortunately, we can no longer sell any of our reports in PDF format.
