Note: we currently use Adobe Flash Player on this website for some of our chart functionality.

You can install it for free from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you have it installed it may be disabled. You can find help for Flash Player here http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/

Question 1.

I am having issues using the Charts w Studies section of the website. When I click on the link it takes me to the charts but the studies such at ATR MACD etc are greyed out. I think the issue is flash play related but I don't seem to be able to solve the problem. I am using windows 10 and a google chrome browser.

The tutorial available on MRCI’s web-site: https://www.mrci.com/tutorials/charts/index.html should provide the info you need.

The links from Adobe (provided in the above link) https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html# will allow you to test flash and find the appropriate mechanism to allow it to work.

Google provides the following assistance: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784

If flash is installed you SHOULD be able to click the lock icon to the left of the link in the location bar on the page where the chart isn’t working and select “Allow” next to Flash. Ask appears to act like Block.
